Here's how I helped The Pioneers create a website that generates record leads
Project overview
The Pioneers is a People + Culture consultancy that works with startups and scale-ups. Their wonderful founder, Bee, wanted a website that:
- Took visitors on a journey and captured leads
- Had a seamless and affordable eCommerce option to sell digital toolkits
- Included a CMS for blog posting which they could update themselves
Why did they call flowgirl?
The Pioneers had made multiple attempts to create a website over the years. They had tried everything from building it themselves to paying a developer £20k to build a custom site. The website they had built themselves in Wicks looked clunky, and the one built by a developer wasn't delivering the leads they needed to grow, and it was frustrating because they continually had to go back to him for content updates.
Project execution
I spent time with Bee to understand her vision. I then worked through the 2000+ webflow templates to find a design that would deliver on her goals, bring her brand to life and resonate with her target market and industry. I also suggested that we add a video to the homepage design to help convert users. Finally, I researched and connected an affordable payment option for her digital toolkits. The result:
- Record web enquiries since launch
- Ability to sell toolkits through Stripe, without having to pay for expensive eCommerce hosting
- Easily updatable blogs, copy and content (without having to call on a developer!)
Additional elements
Bee wanted some help with the homepage video - she scripted it, and I filmed, edited, branded and published it.
